Technical Support

Regulatory Readiness

We will help you meet current industry standards and requirements by:

  • Developing and/or reviewing Agency Safety Plans to meet F.T.A and state requirements

  • Preparing for risk-based inspections

  • Conducting audits to find compliance gaps

  • Creating safety programs

  • Reviewing maintenance records

  • Examining operational procedures

Asset Management

Create targeted maintenance planning to reduce mean distance between failures (MDBF) by:

  • Evaluating asset health and assisting with State of Good Repair (SGR) projects.

  • Identifying high-impact failure modes and reducing mean distance between failures

  • Developing preventative maintenance procedures

  • Asset decommissioning, lifecycle replacement, reconstruction guidance after major accidents.

We will integrate safety, compliance and efficiency to ensure all assets perform at their best.

Operations Support

We provide operational support for agencies including:

  • Route planning

  • Inventory Process’s

  • Organizational structure

Additionally, we provide training for

  • Leadership in a Transit enviroment

  • Technical training of maintenance systems

  • Incident, emergency and re-rail / de-rail response
